Information You Submit
Text entered in a search form, such as a name, telephone number, or address, passes to the outside provider that returns sponsored results. We do not retain those searches on our servers. A message sent to us contains only what the sender chooses to provide, and we use it to answer that contact.

Our hosting systems may log an IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and visit times. Aggregated logs help us maintain the site and learn which resources are useful. Cookies or similar tools may also support basic traffic analysis and advertising measurement where used.
How We Use Information

Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to government portals, Orange County and California offices, library collections, and outside search services. Information submitted after following a link is controlled by that destination’s privacy terms. The same is true for data entered into a sponsored search provided by another company.
When Information Is Shared
Hosting and support vendors process server records for us. Analytics or advertising services may receive the automatic data described above. We may disclose information in response to valid legal process, but we do not otherwise distribute visitor data.
Safeguarding Your Data
An encrypted connection serves the site, and server logs are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purposes. No user account means La Habra People Search holds no visitor password or account profile.
People Under 18
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger than 18. Contact us if a minor may have submitted information so it can be removed.
Your Privacy Rights
Applicable law may provide rights to access, correct, or delete personal information held by a website. California also regulates data brokers under Civil Code section 1798.99.80 and provides a deletion mechanism under section 1798.99.86. Those rules do not erase official public records. Use the Contact page to ask us to review our contact mailbox and server logs. Requests involving City of La Habra, Orange County, or California records must go to the custodian that controls them.
